2015 Chateau Pape Clement - Bordeaux - 1 Bottle (0.75L)

Château Pape Clément Blanc is one of the Bordeaux whites that everyone who tries it falls in love with the most. If Pape Clément's red is a constant wine, an always safe bet, the white, a delight. After gentle pressing, the must from the best Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes (mainly) passes, by gravity, into French oak barrels in which it will ferment and the batonnage work will be carried out. The subsequent aging takes place, almost entirely, in oak, although a small percentage of the wine is aged in cement eggs. It is a white of intense golden color with greenish wisps, it shows a timid nose at first that soon becomes expressive and is displayed dressed in hints of citrus, apple and honeysuckle. The wood is perceived from the discretion, with subtle vanilla and toasted tones. Some cold spices advance a full and round mouthfeel, with round tannins and intense minerality that remains smooth thanks to the acidity of the lime. Saline finish.
