Leider hat der Verkäufer nicht erwähnt,dass man die Nähmaschine samt Koffer nicht von oben,wie man es eigentlich immer macht,nicht aus der Verpackung nehmen soll. Maschine ist aus 40cm Höhe gefallen.

You probably noticed that I specially packed the machine in a bag with handles so that it would be clear which way is up. I'm really sorry!!! I don't see my fault. I checked everything several times.
