Bad will of the seller??? What do you mean by that? You wrote that none of us is guilty, right? Not a word about the fact that the French customs opened the package and that this particular package came with the damaged object?? Not a word about the fact that you announced that the object is broken after four days? Do I need to say anything else?

Beautiful item, exactly as described; my one criticism is that it has had perfume/cologne applied, which has not diminished in strength after 3 days. This is surely not appropriate for antiquities.
