THANK YOU 1) If you are bidding on one or more of our items, please note that shipping delays are currently unavoidable for a variety of reasons. Delays of 2 to more weeks are currently more the rule than the exception, especially when your item had to pass through local customs. It is almost impossible to get recent status updates from delivery companies other than the regular status updates. So please DO NOT place a BID if you do not agree with this. We promise that every shipment will usually be sent by registered and insured mail within 24 hours, but no later than 3 days after payment. It is your responsibility to follow the tracking information we provide to you once an item has been shipped. Many delivery companies no longer leave a "not at home" note if they do not find you at home. In this case, you will normally receive an email with information about where to collect your item, or information for a new delivery appointment, depending on the delivery company. And sometimes you don't even get any information after a failed delivery attempt. It is therefore your responsibility to monitor the status information of the tracking data and if you notice that an item could not be delivered to you, you should contact the delivery service immediately. This is your responsibility. If you do not collect your item from the distribution point within one week, it will be returned to us and you will have to pay shipping costs again to us before we send it back to you. Again, follow the tracking information to avoid these additional charges. IN GENERAL, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK AND AGREE SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE MAKING A BID. So don't make an offer if you don't agree. Shipping costs are not the same as postage, but include much more such as inner and outer packaging, insurance, express delivery costs, costs for completing additional customs paperwork, costs for packaging and registration that we outsource to a third party, costs for bringing items to delivery office, fuel, 24-hour postal service, etc etc. We communicate our postal rates in advance. DO NOT MAKE A BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS. According to the Catawiki guidelines and conditions, the information in tracking info is ALWAYS leading. If trackininfo confirms that an item has been delivered, this is leading, even if you claim that an item has not been received. DO NOT MAKE A BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS. The only thing in such a case is that we can ask the delivery company for leniency, but we have no influence on what they decide. We use various distribution companies for delivery. We never know in advance which distribution company will be used for transport. This has to do with rates, shipping time, insurance, destination country. We offer combined shipping for items auctioned within the same auction category. You must choose this yourself when paying to Catawiki. 2) We provide new frames with signed photos and sometimes display cases for caps, etc. on the lots. Although we try to avoid this as much as possible, you may receive a different frame or display case than described in the auction description. In such a case, you will always receive a replacement frame/display case of at least the same price and quality. Sometimes items have a used list. We always mention this in the auction description. It is inevitable that these used items and frames will sometimes show minor scratches. These items are collectibles with a history, so DO NOT MAKE A BID if you disagree. 3) If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us first before contacting CATAWIKI. We resolve problems quickly, as our feedback profile also indicates. If you contact Catawiki first and not me, they will always open a dispute and it will be beyond our control. Catawiki always has large backlogs. A dispute procedure is therefore undesirable for both buyer and seller and is a long, often unsatisfactory, tedious procedure over which we have little or no influence. 4) Always check your local customs duties and other financial obligations before bidding. The buyer (not the seller) is always responsible for these additional costs which are not related to the shipping costs you have already paid to us. 5) We always ship combined, even if you have won lots at separate Catawiki auctions. Because for technical reasons it is possible that Catawiki will charge you separate shipping costs for different lots. You must contact us and provide us with your iban number. We will be paid by Catawiki 3 weeks after delivery and will reimburse you for double the shipping costs. 6) We only ship to private addresses. Due to our personal bad experiences, we do not ship to a business address in any form. If you do not agree to this, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A BID. We make no exceptions to this rule. 7) We supply (new in seal) basic budget frames with our products. If a frame is damaged in transit, the photo is normally destroyed as well. A frame is replaceable, a signed photo with a high collector's value is not. That is why we ship the frame and photo separately in the box. You just need to open the frame and place the photo inside to make it shine. If this is a problem for you, please do not bid. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR YOU, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A BID! 8) We sometimes sell stock items, signed at private or public signings. It is therefore possible that your signed item differs slightly from the photo on Catawiki. However, we always deliver our COA to you for authenticity. If you do not agree with this, please do not place a bid. 9) After a transaction, we would appreciate it if you would provide positive feedback in the Catawiki system so that you publicly indicate that you were satisfied with a transaction with Collectables Unlimited. This helps new buyers on Catawiki to form an impression of a seller. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us directly FIRST before leaving negative feedback. First of all, Catawiki's feedback policy prohibits leaving negative feedback before contacting the seller to discuss a resolution. We will always report violations of this policy to Catawiki. But we also strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we will always help solve your problem in all reality if you contact us directly first. If we do not resolve the problem to your satisfaction, you are always free to leave negative feedback.
