sold item without reserve then complained it wasn't enough, never send the item. Catawiki also does nothing....

Sorry for your disappointment but as soon as I realised this lot didn't have a reserve price which it was meant to have, I contacted Catawiki prior to the auction to either place a reserve price on or remove the lot. No immediate response was given and it's out of my control to preform such amendments.
