Burberrys - Ashtray - Fine Bone China - Two ashtrays / valet trays

I'm not happy, this order arrived late, I had to pick it up at the CTT and on top of that, it arrives broken. I had to pay customs duties of 15eur. Do you have any insurance to activate?
