This pair of earthenware tiles is rectangular in shape, with each tile adorned on its upper face. One tile features a high-relief depiction of two crouching figures, rendered with detailed attention to posture and form. The other tile presents a warrior on the left, accompanied by two figures. These tiles likely served a decorative purpose, possibly adorning a wall.
Size: 185-190mm x 150-150mm; Weight: 1.85kg
Provenance: From the collection of a London gentleman; formerly acquired in early 2000s; previously in 1970s UK collection.
