Red polycarbonate that turns orange/transparent when switched on. Ferruccio Laviani and Kartell have created a very beautiful lamp.
This piece is well known and referenced in general publications on modernist design.
Still Kartell label with name and designer.
Normal wear and light signs of use, no cracks, no flaws, wires are a little short as you can see in the last picture.
Sold without bulb (uses a standard E14 bulb)
