Mas daumas 1998 The 1998 harvest is a kind of perfect, absolute maturity, preserving freshness as much as the aromas of very ripe fruit. CLIMATIC CONDITIONS The 1998 climatic year can partially explain this racy giant, with the intense heat, the freshness returned for the harvest, with 20mm of water in successive small rains during September, which came to refresh the leaves and berries and avoid the heating of very ripe fruits (6° during the harvest). The nose mixes aromas of black fruits, musk and garrigue. The mouth is velvety and has a rather incredible dimension by its freshness and persistence. It was one of the great successes of Languedoc in 1998. Do not hesitate to associate it with a bull's garden.
