Quelle mauvaise foi! Je ne fais que ça de contacter le transporteur pour avoir des explications. J'ai demandé au destinataire une attestation sur l'honneur qu'il n'a pas reçu le colis et une copie de sa CNI, c'est ce que me demande Mondial relay pour entamer une procédure. D'autre part ayant reçu un objet non conforme il aurait du conserver l'emballage et voir ce qui était indiqué sur l'étiquette. Il a tout jeté. Sans aucun élément et avec un suivi indiquant "livré" quel moyen a-t-on de résoudre le problème? D'ailleurs les Allemands étant plus efficaces il n'a qu'à contacter Hermes, le correspondant de Mondial Relay en Allemagne, et faire une réclamation de son côté.
