Questa fotocamera, fabbricata a Milano e realizzata in alluminio pressofuso, ha l’insolita forma di una cinepresa. Fu lanciata sul mercato nel 1956 col nome Comet III e nel 1969 venne sostituita dalla Comet 3. L’unica differenza era il disegno del frontale. Rimase in produzione per soli tre anni, quindi l’’esemplare in asta e’ decisamente il più ricercato dai collezionisti. Con la pellicola 127 realizza negativi 3 x 4. Pesa 390 grammi. In buone condizioni, funzionante meccanicamente, priva di graffi, ha come unico segno del tempo punti di ossidazione (removibili) della scocca in alluminio
