abat jours mal emballés les trois sont innutilisables heureusement les pieds de lampes sont parfaits.......

J'ai mis tres longtemps à avoir cet objet que j'ai reçu sans cable electrique alors qu'il etait bien spécifié que la lampe devait etre cablée et prete à l'emploi !! 

Je viens de recevoir un schéma de montage très succinct, je vais essayer de me débrouiller avec, merci.

Non ha mai spedito l'oggetto vinto all'asta. 

Salve perché non dice di aver comunicato a Catawichi di annullare l’ordine?
La bugia sempre a portata di mano vero?
Spedisco 4 volte al giorno a lei non ho spedito allora per quale motivo? 
Vi piace disturbare le persone che lavorano perché non avete altro da fare!!!!

De lamp is prachtig geheel in overeenstemming met de foto's. De verzending liet heel lang op zich wachten. De communicatie was vriendelijk en effectief.

One lamp foot damaged,can not be used,although good package.
Too complicated to send back one foot.
"Start"of shipping not respected within the 3 working days.
No cristal but glass.

Hi, why don't you communicate with us so that we can solve the problem? The times are as described on the presentation. We are artisans with many requests and production needs more than 3 days. If you wanted the trio within 3 days, you communicated it beforehand and we would have replied that it was not possible... civil and correct dialogue solves everything. Greetings

I didn´t get my order. It was delivered on different address with different reciever. I am trying to solve reclamation. I hope, we will solve it.
