I purchased the lens some time ago from renown and highly appreciated Polish National Geographic photographer - Tomasz Tomaszewski* - (who tested the lens and used it for private purposes,) whose original signature is places on the original leaflet accompanying the lens (I enclose scans of both original Japanese leaflet and a translated version). This makes this lens EXTRA-SPECIAL

*Tomasz Tomaszewski was featured in Nat-Geo Collector's Edition "100 best pictures" in January 2002 (see scanned pages)

The lens comes with an original special hood, protective filter with a cap and a fancy leather bag with wooden pendant with the serial number 10 of the lens. Original leaflet with T.Tomaszewski's signature is also included.
