Ho avuto la fortuna di far cantare questo gioiellino spagnolo, e vi posso garantire che è una delizia per le orecchie!
Il merito, oltre alla migliore delle manualità artigiane madrilene, è da ricercarsi nei legni...
La tavola armonica è in abete massello con ben 25 anni di stagionatura, quindi in grado di restituire cantini chiari e pronunciati. È un unico pezzo davvero spesso, sembra segato di quarto con una venatura verticale e fitta.
Fondo e fasce in mogano laminato e manico in mogano massello con uno strato di 1mm più scuro (credo palissandro) nella superficie superiore della paletta.
La tastiera, spessa 5mm, sembra in palissandro brasiliano con una bella venatura scura, come anche il ponte che però è lucido.
La sella compensata e il capotasto di 53mm sono in vero osso di bue, come i cilindretti avvolgi-corde delle meccaniche di ottima qualità placcate in nichel, tutte finemente levigate per tornare all'originale color avorio.
Ho scattato delle foto dell'interno della cassa per evidenziare la magistrale struttura costruttiva.
Lunghezza tutto-fuori 100cm, spalle 29cm, vita 24cm e profondità 9,8cm.
La rosetta si mostra come intarsiata con un ricamo di arte popolare, il binding come due sottilissime linee rossonere.
Non posso dire che è un condizioni pari al nuovo perché il tempo ha opacizzato la finitura all'estremità del fondo, comunque un quasi sunburst al contrario che secondo me le dona il meritato rispetto per l'età, ed è bellissima!
La scala da 650mm ospita delle D'Addario Pro•Arté EJ45 appena montate, ancora da stabilizzarsi completamente.
Il tutto per rendere lo strumento tipicamente spagnolo nel tono, con una buona risposta nei bassi, un più che apprezzabile range medio e cantini chiarissimi e ben distinti specie in arpeggio anche oltre il 9°tasto.
L'intonazione è precisa e la proiezione sonora è monumentale.
Verrà consegnata in una comodissima custodia protettiva, con manici e spalacci a zaino per il trasporto.
Non mi resta che augurare un buon sound al futuro  fortunato proprietario.
