Always some Silver or gold in the fore- or background. This time the gold is in the foreground, against this blue/dark grey background. That really helps these beautiful Koinobori's/ wind vanes in the foreground. If you have been to Japan, you've seen these ones in the streets. The are off course also a favorite souvenir. About the artist : 1949 Born in Tokyo. 1972 Graduated from the Musashino University of Fine Arts.   Studied under Hoshi Joichi and Sasajima Kihei.
