The work contains the first six parts of this monumental work on architeture, each containing 12 “cahiers” with each 6 prints. So the work originally contains a total of 6 engraved title pages and 432 prints. This copy contains 4 (of 6) title pages and 428 (of 432) prints. Everything specified below.
Reasonable condition. Bindings rather worn. The contens usually quite fine. Good impressions of the plates. The paper a bit soiled and with some faint staining. Some old pencil drawings of the verso of some prints. The edges sometimes a bit ragged (mainly in the second volume).
