First you have to know that this copy is normally not for sale ; this a special publication distributed only to registered members as a reserch for Ukiyo-e research They have been edited for Universities, Research Institutes or University Library. Only 300 copies in a luxuous box, covered with dark blue-black cloth, Name of author on the box and on the book on a Japanese paper ( incrusted with fibers ) the book is covered with a red silk with pattern It opens like an accordion, Leporello ( total opened 432 cm ) One face contained old woodcuts black and white dedicated to tradtional life of Japanese women , with also 4 pages of commentaries of the author. The other face is dedicated to one of the master of Ukiyo-e Shunga in the 18th century, , Katsukawa Shuncho, 12 plates 36 x 25 cm reprinted on high quality paper ( to restitute the best Shuncho's work ) The conditions should be excellent , but there are ( on 2 pictures ) small pieces of paper stuck on each side ( photos) , so very good conditions.
