Este Land Rover esta cuidado y mantenido y equipado con su motor original diésel  de 2,25 y tracción 4 x 4.  El coche tiene documentación española original. Se le ha incorporado un overdrive completo, recién revisado, que funciona perfectamente. también se acaban de incluir una calefacción original también plenamente operativa y su volante original.

HISTORIAL
Este Land Rover Santana 88 serie 2A  fue entregado en España en 1972 es de la rara versión especial que se fabrico con cuatro faros debido a un cambio en las normativas de homologación de vehículos en España, los faros delanteros, que originalmente se colocaban en la parte central y hundidos con respecto a la parte más avanzada del frontal, tuvieron que ser desplazados hacia las aletas exteriores, y se emplearon todos los que quedaban en la fabrica para fabricar los vehículos hasta que se agotaron los faros interiores y se empezaron a fabricar solo con faros exteriores.

CARROCERÍA
En el exterior tiene instalada una capota de lona y arquillos nuevos. La pintura es antigua, con signos de desgaste acordes a la edad y el uso. 

MECÁNICA
El motor es el eterno motor diésel de serie en Land Rover en estos años de 2,25 litros, completamente en buen estado, con tracción a las cuatro ruedas funcional,  y técnicamente en buenas condiciones de conducción. Arranca, cambia y conduce bien, los frenos están en orden y funcionan bien, siendo de tambor en las cuatro ruedas. La dirección fue totalmente reparada y dado que apenas se ha utilizado desde entonces, aún va bastante dura.
