For two years now we have been producing a small quantity of Lambic with maceration of camerises, a small fruit with a slightly sweet taste and nice acid notes. Since the fruit of the blue honeysuckle produces a blood-red colored beer, the new name for this beer was obvious: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has once again spoiled us with a beautiful label for this new product.
