ちまき Chimaki
Glutinous rice wrapped in plant leaves (e.g. bamboo grass leaves) and steamed. In Japan, it is used as an offering for Boys' Festival. There are various ways of eating it in different regions, such as dipping it in sugar and soy sauce, dipping it in soybean flour or filling it with red bean paste.
