Fermentation in this wine is limited due to the extreme high residual sugar content (above 400g/l) and low alcohol (8%). In great condition, purchased from the wine maker. The essencia is 50 years old. The wine's color is lively and completely clear. József Monyók, the wine maker started his journey back in the communist era in 1969 and produced his own wines starting 1972 under his name. The small, family owned winery owns 10 acres of vineyard in Mád.
