Jewellery box - Gorgeous Gold Ormolu Filigree Rose Beveled Glass Carriage Jewellery Box - Brass, Glass, Velvet

This auction is for this fabulous antique carriage style jewellery box with gilded filigree ormolu design from France.
The carriage has five oval shaped rose colored beveled glass panels held in place with pointed edged prongs. The box is lined on the inside bottom with the original orange velvet tufted pad. Pad is in fantastic condition!
The carriage form frame has 4 stationary wheels with a scroll-like handle!
These boxes were most commonly produced during the 1950s.
A truly wonderful piece!
The glass has no cracks, scratches or other defects!
One wheel is slightly bent as can be seen in the pictures, but this can be easily fixed!
