Aurora - edizione limitata 500 anni Cristoforo Colombo - Fountain pen

The numbered Parcel was not the same as showed in the pics. The Parcel arrived Broken. I don't have any answer from the Seller. I asked DHL who sent to him the claim. Is it a scam?? Horrible !!
