The all-in-one concept appeals to people who do not want an extensive audio system in their living room

This active speaker with built-in CD player and streaming client has a sleek design. The SoundVision was updated before the end of the year, but apart from some aesthetic changes, the device remains largely the same as before.

The most striking aspect of the SoundVision is without a doubt the screen. It is a large one that is mounted on top of the device. My first reflex

The impeccable finish is also reflected on the back. The various connections are located in a recess that can be covered with a lid. All plugs are therefore out of sight and at the same time you do some cable management by bringing all cables out through one opening.

From a distance, the SoundVision resembles a compact soundbar. One difference with most soundbars is that you can point the device slightly upwards, so that you can even place the SoundVision on a low table without the sound quality suffering.

In summary, it is an ideal device to place centrally in a medium-sized living room where it can provide pleasant background music.

Still on the feature list: FM radio, a front-mounted CD player that 'bites' discs and of course a lot of streaming functions. This way you can play music from DLNA sources (a NAS, for example, or a PC) or stream it via Bluetooth.

You can connect the SoundVision to the 2.4Ghz network via an Ethernet cable or via Wi-Fi
