Philip Galle (1537-1612) was a Flemish engraver and print publisher. He is best known for his work with the Antwerp printing house, where he collaborated with notable artists such as Pieter Bruegel the Elder. Galle played a significant role in disseminating the works of other artists through his engravings. His prints were widely circulated and contributed to the spread of Renaissance art and ideas throughout Europe.
