Japanese painter of the Meiji-Showa period. Born in Kyoto in 1885. His real name is Kakutaro. Studied under Yamamoto Shunkyo in Meiji 33. Active in the Bunten and Teiten exhibitions. Specialized in landscapes in the tradition of Shunkyo. Member of the Teiten committee.
