It is a traditional manufacturing process with successive layers of enamel, each color individually, using the same method as the enamel signs from the beginning of the last century.

You only asked about express shipping when the parcel had already been on its way for 4 days. Of course express shipping is possible. But you have to ask for it before dispatch. Also, 2 weeks from Germany to Turkey is not a very bad result. Even if you call it slow shipping. Maybe some people in Turkey are impatient like you?
