Deze Mercedes 280SL is wat betreft de carrosserie in verbazingwekkend goede toestand. Hij heeft een 6 cilinder lijnmotor, 2,8 liter gekoppeld aan een automatische versnellingsbak. Als bijzonder leuke optie is hij voorzien van een in kleur gespoten hardtop, origineel Mercedes. Hij is goed rijdbaar en er dienen technische zaken te worden aangepakt.

Documenten:
Deze Mercedes werd in 1984 nieuw geleverd in de Verenigde Staten van Amerika, en kwam in 2006 naar Nederland, hij heeft afgemelde Nederlandse registratie. Voor de Nederlandse bieders betekent dit even opnieuw aanmelden bij de RDW, en voor de buitenlandse bieders wordt de auto zonder meerprijs geleverd met Europese Exportdokumenten, zodat hij gemakkelijk elders geregistreerd kan worden.

Carrosserie:
Deze Mercedes is qua uiterlijk erg netjes, in zijn originele “Astral Silver Metallic” lak, code 7350. Er zijn amper gebruikssporen te zien aan de buitenzijde. Ook de onderzijde van de carrosserie is in erg nette staat. De softtop is origineel, en in slechte toestand en moet zeker vervangen worden, de hardtop is in een zeer goede toestand. Zie de foto's.

Technisch:
De Mercedes is rijdbaar, en er zijn technische werkzaamheden aanwezig. De motor draait erg netjes, hij schakelt prima en remt ook goed, verlichting en ruitenwissers werken wel, maar onder andere zaken als de instrumenten en verwarming / ventilatie / elektrische ramen moeten operationeel worden gemaakt. 

Interieur:
Het interieur is redelijk netjes, de stoelen zijn in nette toestand, met slechts geringe gebruikssporen. 

Transport:
De auto staat in Hengevelde, Nederland en kan hier vanzelfsprekend worden opgehaald. De auto kan tegen meerprijs van 150 euro in Nederland worden bezorgd (excl. De Waddeneilanden)

Verkoper kan de auto relatief goedkoop in de hele EU laten bezorgen door een professionele transporteur.
