Charged €29 for postage yet cost on label was only £10.90! 
Some stones were scratched/chipped as not packed individually for protection during transit.
OK cost for stones but overcharged on postage.

Je n' ai toujours pas reçu mon achat. Le transporteur me réclame 2euros de frais de douane mais impossible de payer ! Ma carte bancaire est toujours refusé sans motif! Je suis très mécontente!
