Unique scrap-book album seemingly containing all daily Hap Hopper episodes from the very first one published on January 29, 1940 till December 5, 1941. The strips were carefully cut out of The Daily Mirror and glued into the album that counts 116 (!) pages. Very rare to see a complete run of episodes like this. The book opens with a signed original letter from writer and managing editor William Laas. To give the comics, staring Hap Hopper, an adventuring reporter, an air of authenticity, United Feature Syndicate emphasized that it would be overseen by well-known columnists Drew Pearson and Robert S. Allen. At the end of the book there are some columns written by Pearson and Allen. An historical document.
