Jacqueline Klein Breteler - Annika - painting on a carpet- XXL
No. 81897243
No. 81897243
This is an unique piece of art, directly from the studio of the artist. A portrait of Jasmine("vulnerable flower"), painted on a new carpet, with hanging mechanism. The patterns of the rug emerge with her face, expressing the hope of different cultures to melt into one humanity. Definitely a conversation piece, and a statement in your room.
Jacqueline Klein Breteler is a Dutch artist with a studio in a little, rural village in Holland ( see photo s above) , where she lives with her husband and 5 sons. Surrounded by so much male virility, she keeps in touch with her femininity by making portraits of women. She paints in a loose style, sometimes colorful, sometimes sober, but always an eye-catcher. Her works have been exhibited in many places and art collectors all over the world are buying her work.
Also included in Á year of art', an international art catalogue.
Currently available at: Sille Gallery in Oudewater and Artfusion in Amsterdam. Also to be seen at many online galleries, just google my name.
