Vettura controllata da un meccanico, il quale dopo aver sostituito la batteria ha testato il veicolo attestando che non vi erano altre parti malfunzionanti o usurate. Si è accertato che il veicolo fosse perfettamente marciante ed il motore in ottime condizioni, ad oggi si mette in moto e cammina.

Gli interni sono quelli della versione sportiva M3, l'allestimento riguarda solo ed esclusivamente gli interni, non la carrozzeria e ne la meccanica.
Il lavoro sull'allestimento interno é stato effettuato dal preparatore specialista BMW Mauro Liviani della Motor Sport nell'anno 2005.
