Hartelijk dank voor uw interesse in onze Morris Minor Eight uit de serie I in de zeldzame Cabriolet uitvoering.

Het betreft hier model 1 ook series 1 genoemd! Bouwjaar 1935.

Deze Morris is goed bewaard en onderhouden gebleven. Anno 2024 verkeerd hij daarom nog steeds in een nette conditie.

Technisch is in deze Morris in 2020 volledig aangepakt. De motor is volledig uitgebouwd en gedemonteerd. Doordat hij ruim 35 jaar in collectie/verzameling heeft gestaan moest hij technisch weer 100 procent na gekeken worden. De motor is voorzien van nieuwe pakkingen, keringen en lagers. Ook is de brandstofpomp en waterpomp vervangen. De motor start direct en rijdt fantastisch. Het versnellingspook mechaniek is ook volledig gerestaureerd en hij schakelt super. De remmen zijn volledig gedemonteerd en schoongemaakt. Ook voorzien van diverse nieuwe leidingen, waardoor deze Morris nu zeer goed rijdt, remt en schakelt. Hij is recent voorzien van een nieuwe Technische keuring en daardoor ook direct inzetbaar voor de nieuwe eigenaar deze zomer ;-) Natuurlijk word ook het technisch keuringsrapport mee geleverd bij de koop.

Het interieur is nog 85 procent volledig origineel. Is het niet geweldig? een cabriolet van bijna 100 jaar oud nog in deze goede originele conditie. Alle meters werken en doen.
De bekabeling is natuurlijk wel deels vernieuwd inclusief een nieuwe accu.
Ook voorzien van een massaslot ideaal voor de meeste nieuwe 2024 oldtimer verzekeringen, waar veel verzekeraars als eis een massaslot willen zien op uw oldtimer voertuig.

Het exterieur is natuurlijk ooit opnieuw gespoten. De eigenaar (91 jaar) schat dat hij dat heeft laten doen rond 2009 2010. Zoals u op de foto's kunt zien verkeerd het lak nog steeds in een goede conditie. Natuurlijk is er door de jaren heen wel een gebruikersspoortje te vinden.

Het cabrio dak is nog volledig origineel!, complete (4) afneembare zij ruiten zijn aanwezig eveneens als het origineel cabrio dak afdekhoes.

Motor en chassis matchen met elkaar!

Documenten; het originele Belgische inschrijvingsbewijs inclusief het technisch keuringsrapport.

Kortom een super leuke echte morris 8 series I in de zeldzame cabriolet uitvoering.
