NO RESERVE: Lotus Cortina MK1 de 1965 d’origine ! 

Dans sa combinaison de couleurs originale « Hermine Blanc/Vert Flash ».

EXTÉRIEUR 
L’extérieur de cette Lotus est exécuté dans sa combinaison de couleurs d’origine. De belles jantes en acier d’origine avec enjoliveurs chromés sont montées sous la voiture avec de très bons pneus. De plus, la voiture est équipée de sa calandre aussi d’origine noire et de ses pare-chocs chromés. Attention, un petit coup est visible sur le cache phare gauche (voir photo 19). 

INTÉRIEUR 
L’intérieur de cette Lotus est équipé de ses sièges d’origine, qui sont revêtus de vinyle noir. Le tableau de bord est en aluminium et le volant ainsi que le pommeau de vitesse sont en bois, aussi d’origine. L’intérieur a été restauré selon les spécifications d’usine, ciel de toit, etc.

LA MÉCANIQUE
La mécanique de cette Cortina est en très bon état. 
Le moteur est aussi d’origine il est à double arbre à cames de Lotus et de 1.558 cm3 et à 4 cylindres il développe environ 130 chevaux ! (106 ch d’usine) il a été entièrement révisé et amélioré, elle possède les carburateurs Weber. 
La voiture est aussi équipée de 4 rapports rapprochés et de 4 freins à disques. Le moteur démarre très bien, la boîte de vitesses passe très bien, la tenue de route est bonne mais reste d’époque, elle pourrait être bien sur être facilement rendue en kit rallye ou circuit dans le futur par le futur propriétaire.

L’HISTOIRE  
Cette Lotus Cortina a été construite en 1965 et a été livrée neuve aux Etats-Unis. La voiture est revenue en Europe (Pays-Bas) en 1995 ou elle très très bien restaurée suivant les normes d’usine Anglaises. Elle a été ensuite exportée en Belgique en 2018 où elle y roule encore actuellement pour des concours d’élégance ou pour des rassemblements de clubs. 
Hormis quelques rallyes historiques cette Lotus n’a pas fait de compétition, ni de circuit ou autre. Ce modèle est vraiment dans un état très soigné.Elle a été produite en Angleterre à seulement 2.894 pièces et il en reste maintenant très peu dans ce bel état. Toutes les pièces détachées sont encore disponibles en Angleterre et aussi bizarrement en « Allemagne » !!!.

DOSSIER
Elle possède gros volumineux dossier d’entretien, de visite technique, dédouanement, d'une centaine de pages. 
Le tout sera bien sûr fourni pour l’acheteur. Une révision de cette lotus complète sera faite avant la livraison. 
Petit point négatif, mais facultatif, le compteur est toujours resté en Miles, par contre la conduite est restée d’origine a gauche pour les (USA). 

ENLÈVEMENT 
La voiture est toujours en Belgique (région Liégeoise) où elle peut être vue avant enchères mais après l’ accord de Catawiki. 
Elle devra alors être emmenée au frais de l’’acheteur bien que le vendeur peut aussi se charger de sa livraison (en EU) mais toujours aux frais de l’acheteur dans ce cas devis peut être remis selon la destination.
