This Exquisito Soleras 1995 rum is part of the Exquisito brand, which includes the best vintages of the Oliver y Oliver Dominican House.
 
The year 1995 was therefore exceptional, as regards the harvesting of sugar cane; and this cuvée can testify!

Nose
Sweetness and finesse characterize the nose of this rum. The perfumes of leather accompany those of caramel, nougat and sugar.

Stuffy
The tasting is both sweet and structured. Notes of brown sugar and woody flavors melt into a delicious bunch of spices.

Final
The finish offers a beautiful persistence that extends on sweet notes.This Exquisito Soleras 1985 rum is the result of an aging process using the Solera method.

Thus the oldest rums that make up this assemblage date back to 1985. Exquisito Soleras 1985 was produced in the limited number.The year 1990 was definitely an exceptional harvest, and this rum proves it again!

Nose
Lightness and elegance characterize the nose of this rum. The fragrance of leather accompanies those of vanilla and sweet spices.

Stuffy
The tasting is subtle and creamy. Flavors of oak, hazelnut and russet sugar melt into a subtle bouquet of spices.

Final
The finish is elegant and offers hints of wood and toffee.
