An exceptional, royal gold (18,02 Karat) seal depicting a female deity under a silver (74,96 %) cover  from the ancient Thracian or Greek culture.

1st millennium BC.

In good condition. It has been cleaned,repolished inside, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand-made gold and1silversmith masterwork. It has been made from 6 hammered gold  sheet,than chased,siceled and placed into a silver cover.. Traces of use and age on its surface. 

Purchased mid 90's in Paris by Dr. Zelnik from an Iranian Royal Family.
