Il 2012, anno ricco di paradossi per l’enologia, ha dato vita a un grande vino, che ha superato innumerevoli sfide. La natura ha mostrato Preciso e vibrante, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 si abbina in modo straordinario alla mineralità e alla freschezza dei frutti di mare. 
Il Vintage 2012 si sposa anche con sensazioni culinarie intense, come quelle offerte dai piatti speziati, che consentono al vino di esprimere il proprio carattere in modo inedito. il suo volto imprevedibile e implacabile, con una serie di eventi climatici che hanno colpito i vigneti: gelate invernali e primaverili, piogge torrenziali, grandinate e ondate di freddo intenso mentre i vigneti stavano germogliando, oltre a forti ondate di calore estive. 2012, a year full of paradoxes for oenology, gave birth to a great wine, which overcame countless challenges. Nature has shown Precise and vibrant, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 pairs extraordinarily with the minerality and freshness of seafood.
The 2012 Vintage also goes well with intense culinary sensations, such as those offered by spicy dishes, which allow the wine to express its character in a new way. its unpredictable and implacable face, with a series of climatic events that affected the vineyards: winter and spring frosts, torrential rains, hailstorms and intense cold waves while the vineyards were budding, as well as strong summer heat waves. A warm, dry climate made any worries about whether the grapes were healthy disappear and favored the ripening of the bunches. The harvest began between September 10th and 26th, depending on the plots. Tasting the grapes revealed magnificent promise, a balanced tension between freshness and generosity.
The blend of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 reveals a singular structure, vibrant to the rhythm of a controlled energy, channeled by the acidic and bitter notes, which bursts and shines.
All in a combination of intensity, contained tensions and extreme contrasts.
The nose, rich and varied, combines flowers and fruits, followed by vegetal and mineral notes. The bouquet is tactile, a discreet invitation to follow the powdery trail of white flowers and sweet apricot, then arriving at the freshness of rhubarb and mint, and the minerality of ash. White pepper.
