I sell a beautiful Sansui AU-α607L Extra integrated amplifier from my hifi collection in perfect working and very good visual condition. It has a few minor scratches but nothing to worry about. Since the alpha series was originally intended for the Japanese domestic market only (100V), is very rare to find it in this condition outside of Japan.  The Sansui AU-α607L Extra is both, a gorgeous-looking and great-sounding amplifier.

The Sansui AU-α607L Extra, released in Japan in 1989 during the “Golden Era” of high-fidelity Japanese audio equipment, is a vintage integrated amplifier of exceptional quality. The AU-α607L Extra offers a rated output power of 90W+90W (8 Ohms) with total harmonic distortion (THD) of < 0.003%.

90W + 90W (8 Ω)

The structure of the amplifier uses twin monaural construction.
The power supply section is placed in the center and the power amplifier section mounted on a large heat sinker is arranged symmetrically and separately. In addition to achieving stability, the power supply section is compatible with crosstalk caused by differences in signal levels between L/R units, and interference between power supply system vibration and music signals.

It is equipped with a power amplifier direct switch and two normal inputs.

It uses a unique "direct access rotary switch" in which the source of the input system is selected inside the rear terminal. The contact part of the rotary switch is gold-plated in pursuit of high quality.

It is equipped with a source direct switch and can be played back without using auxiliary circuits such as balance volume, muting, and a subsonic filter.

Alpha series pre-main amplifier uses Hyper α -X balanced circuit. High-quality parts such as resistors and capacitors with gold-plated leads and insulators with a special structure that disperses and absorbs vibrations from the outside are used.

The Sansui's legendary series 07 was the last Sansui series where they implanted all the best, from topology to the best materials to compete with their high-end rivals. With its 18 kg, it is built like a tank providing amazing precision and a soundstage with enough power for most of the speakers. I will send it solid-packed and wrapped in styrofoam.
