Heidi, Girl of the Alps is known for being directed by Isao Takahata, with Hayao Miyazaki doing much of the artistic development, more than 10 years before the founding of Studio Ghibli! 

This original production cel from Heidi, Girl of the Alps features a huge close-up of the main characters of the series, Heidi. The series was directed by Studio Ghibli co-founder Isao Takahata with layout by Hayao Miyazaki. 

The piece is in Good condition, with handling and wear from production, as well as the mentioned line fading and reinking. 

Theses works belongs to the process of creating one the sequences of one episode of the famous cartoon serie. This artwork is unique it is not a simple lithograph or print, it is hand made.

All in good condition with the signs and normal wear of a drawing used in animation production.
