Huge and magnificent Mechanical Clock+ Oil Lamp with the title " Retour des Hirondelles " by Joseph-François Belin ( 1844-1902) 
It is made by the famous french sculptor Joseph-François Belin ( 1844-1902) 

It shows a young woman standing on a clock and holding a lamp on her left hand.
The base is made of marble. The sculpture is made of spelter
I am not the expert so i am not sure if it works or not, but it seems not working very well. It can be fixed because it has everything that a clock needs. The clock goes with its own pendulum, key and bell. The glass in the front of the clock is cracked ( photos) , but it is still very good in appearance generally.
The  lamp  works very well.
The statue is in good condition, and has the signature of the artist " Belin"
