Oggetto molto interessante proveniente dal villaggio di Pepas Eheng Kutai Barat Kalimantan Timur, etnia Dayak Benuaq acquistato direttamente in loco da un antropologo nel 1993 dal figlio del defunto sciamano . Questo oggetto è stato ricavato da una protuberanza radicale di una pianta, ( in lingua Dayak Benuaq chiamato legno di Toga), il Dukun (sciamano) ha rappresentato in questo pezzo di legno una testa con occhi naso e orecchie seguendo i tratti già evidenziati in modo naturale nel legno. Il Dukun usava questo oggetto nelle cerimonie Belian (cerimonie delle etnie Dayak Benuaq, Tunjung e Pasir) , è altri oggetti simili come tramite per contattare gli spiriti dei defunti a cui si potevano fare domande per eventuali malattie, guarigioni o 
predire il futuro ed altro. 
In bellissima patina originale e di fascino magnetico tribale oggetti come questo sono ormai rari e introvabili.
Proveniente da una collezione privata di un antropologo Italiano che ha vissuto a stretto contatto con etnie Dayak negli anni '90 del Kalimantan Timur.
