1995 Land Rover Defender 90.

This 1995 Land Rover Defender 90 is a left-hand drive example that was originally delivered to Italy, where it was reportedly used as a Carabinieri police vehicle. 

Service and mechanical review:

- Full new repaint in blue, and interior reupholstery. 
- The axles were also rebuilt and installed with replacement suspension and new braking components. 
- Power is provided by a fuel-injected 2.0-liter gasoline inline-four mated to an R380 five-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case.
- The cabin features a pair of original seats reupholstered in black vinyl (Exmoor trim) and separated by a center console with cupholders. 
- Gray commercial carpets and black vinyl mats cover the front and rear floors. Amenities include a heater/defroster, and cargo-area jump seats.
- The original two-spoke steering wheel frames instrumentation including a 150 km/h speedometer with an odometer showing only 80172 kilometers (~50k miles).
- The DOHC 2.0-liter MPi gasoline inline-four features multi-point port fuel injection and 16 valves, and was factory rated at 136 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque. 
- An R380 five-speed manual transmission routes power to all four wheels through a dual-range transfer case.
- New painted body and wheels, breaks and spark plugs done recently.

This example is in a good general condition, with little amount of kilometers under its body - a rarity in the Land Rover world.
