Land Rover Defender Tithonus from 1994 in good condition.

This very rare Defender belongs to the "Tithonus" series, which were selected and remodelled by order of the British Army. This left-hand drive vehicle is a great rarity.

It was partially restored and prepared for an expedition that never took place. It is in good condition thanks to the dry climate of Spain. It was completely repainted in 2018.

There are not many significant dents in the bodywork. Of course there are some normal marks and imperfections on the bodywork from use, that can be seen in the photos.

The chassis is in good condition, with only a little visible surface rust.
A more modern front grille was added, along with retro insignia including a Tithonus plaque. The doors and tailgate are in good condition.

Black Wolf-style rims. The battery can be accessed through a side-opening compartment. Fitted with a full hardtop without side windows.

Instead of a spare wheel, a fuel can was installed, although this could easily be reverted to a wheel holder. 2.5 litre four-cylinder diesel engine. Manual gearbox. Four-wheel drive.

All necessary mechanical work was carried out by the previous owner. It now drives very well, and the engine runs smoothly. With a valid MOT, it is ready to be used.

As a military vehicle, it has been deliberately kept simple, making it an excellent choice for long journeys where you need it to be reliable.
