Jeep CJ7 de 1983.

Profitez de ce Jeep en très bon état, subis une grosse révision au fil des années par le propriétaire actuel, presque pas un élément qu'il n'a été pas changé.

Véhicule français d’origine, acheté en 2007 avec moteur 2L Renault, modifié avec mise en place d’un moteur AMC 4L injection et sa boîte à vitesse prélevés sur un Cherokee de 1989.
  
Ce projet a été effectué car aux USA, le CJ7 a été commercialisé avec le 4,2L à carburateur, le bloc moteur étant le même, la greffe était possible.
  
Le véhicule a été entièrement démonté pour la mise en place du groupe moteur, supports moteurs achetés aux US, mise en place de la boîte à vitesse AX15 et de la boîte de transfert DANA300, adaptation des arbres de transmissions avant arrière, synchro 3-4 remplacées.

Une fois le tout aligné, remontage, le châssis a été grenaillé, galvanisé et a reçu une peinture noire. 

L’ensemble suspendu a été remplacé par :
- 4 lames neuves.
- 4 amortisseurs gaz Procomp.
- 2 étriers avant refaits à neuf.
- remplacement des freins à tambours arrière par des disques et étriers avec freins à main à câble. 
- toutes les durites inox de frein sont neuves.
- les ponts av/ar ont été refaits remplacement de l’ensemble des joints.
- gros boîtier direction neuf, pompe de direction assistée neuve.
- amortisseur de direction neuf.
- 5 jantes aluminium neuves.
- 5 pneus Général Grabber en 33x12.5x15.

La caisse, les ailes, le capot moteur, ont été sablée, traitée et repeints avec peinture époxy en blanc, pare-chocs avant / arriere neufs, support roue de secours sablé, traité et repeint avec peinture époxy, les extensions d’ailes sont neuves, la moquette est neuve, les sièges style baquet réglables sont neufs, la planche de bord est neuve, l’instrumentation est d’origine et fonctionnelle, volant neuf, colonne de direction de Cherokee, essuies glace neuf et fonctionnel, bac à liquide lave vitre neuf avec pompe électrique.
  
Le moteur a été vérifié avant démontage et fonctionnel, il faudrait juste changer le tendeur car la chaîne fait un petit cliquetis à bas régime.
  
- 6 injecteurs neufs.
- 6 bougies neuves.
- vidange faite moins de 1000 km.

Boîte à vitesse refaite à neuf, tous les roulements ont été changés, et la synchronisation de la 3 et 4eme ainsi que le baladeur sont neuf, vidange boîte moins de 50 km. 

Tout a été revu, le contrôle technique sera refait pour la vente, actuellement en immatriculation collection.
