Samurai sword ( Katana )
Slightly curved and pointed steel.
The sword is made according to Japanese tradition and decorated with various Japanese motifs. The steel has been marked.
It is made of relatively light material so one can easily make cutting movements. The sword is curved so that an opponent can also easily be hit when riding a horse.
The hilt ( Menuki ) is rhombic wrapped with black bandage. The sheath ( Saya ) is made of bamboo , finely decorated with traditional Japanese motifs and also has a traditional black bandage .
The metal crossguard between hilt and sword ( Tsuba ), and the metal finish at the beginning of the hilt ( Kashira ) also show Japanese motifs.

Weight: 1 kg
Condition: good ; light user traces on hilt (see last two pictures)
A black wooden stand for the katana is included.
