Very beautiful paperweight named "Congratulations", designed by Margot Thomson in 1993 and handmade by Caithness Glass, Scotland.

Stamped and numbered at the base

Spherical shape. The weight features a large flower-like object in white "Latticino" mesh hovering over a ground of myriads tiny air bubbles. 4 larger air bubbles between the flower petals, 4 air bubbles below the flower. Wonderful colour play and beautiful optical effects - especially with a suitable illumination.
 
Excellent vintage condition. As with any vintage glass object that has been in use, there may be some light signs of age and wear. These include, in particular, moderate signs of sliding on the stand area.
