Giacca da Ufficiale , Sottotenente di Vascello, della Marina Repubblicana, periodo RSI, la cosi detta "Marina Nera".
Al petto i nastrini d onore per due medaglie al valore militare argento ed il nastrino per i 4 anni di guerra 40/41/42/43.
Inconsueto  il nastrino della medaglia tedesca commemorativa del Fronte Orientale , probabilmente fu imbarcato in qualche naviglio italo/germanico che effettuava crociere di rifornimento in Nord Europa  , infatti sul petto a sinistra sono presenti i due "anelli" classici per il porto della Croce di Ferro di Prima Classe e all interno della tasca sinistra sull etichetta con nome e grado (Pittaluga , Aspirante nel 1940) in un angolo c'e' scritto " ......... tedesco", la parola precedente a "tedesco" e' illeggibile.
La giacca in lana di ottima fattura porta giustamente i gladi al collo ed i bottoni della Marina Militare senza la corona sabauda.
