2CV 1958, sortie de grange.
Deux ans de restauration. Démontage mécanique, habillage, caisse, train roulant. Le châssis d’origine très sain a été sablé traité antirouille et d’une peinture anti corrosion noire.
Les tains roulants sablés repeints remis en état.
Le moteur 425 Cm3 a été démonté, toutes pièces contrôlées et nettoyées, remplacement des cylindres et des pistons neufs, remise en état des culasses, restauration et peinture des tôleries moteur.
La boite de vitesse a été démontée, nettoyée et contrôlée.
L’embrayage centrifuge est neuf
Le circuit de freinage, de carburant ont été remplacés par de la canalisation cuivre.
Les freins ont été remplacés par des pièces neuves.
La caisse sablée, les deux planchers latéraux et le plancher pédale sont neufs, le tout recouvert d’une couche d’EPOXY, les dessous ont été traités à l’anti gravillon.
Les ailes AV et les portes AV suicides sont neuves.
Le capot  23 nervures restauré, après le traitement EPOXY de tous les éléments, l’ensemble a reçu 2 couches de peinture GRIS AC 132.
La batterie 6V est neuve, le circuit électrique a été remplacé par des faisceaux neufs identiques à l’origine gainage coton.
Toute la boulonnerie a été respectée, une majorité de vis de diamètre 7 avec clef de 12 (pas clef de 11 comme la plupart des restaurations)
Le mécanisme d’essuie glace mécanique avec petit compteur a été restauré.
La sellerie est neuve, élastiques, tapis de sol comme à l’origine.
La capote coton longue avec petite lunette est neuve et de très belle facture.
Les quatre roues sablées repeintes sont équipées de 4 MICHELIN 125/400 neufs et la roue de secours.
Le véhicule possède son cric, ses 2 manivelles comme à l’origine, son petit livre d’entretien et sa boite de lampes de secours 6CV.
Elle est en état exceptionnel, c’est une très belle restauration qui aura demandé un peu plus de 600 heures de travail, sur le choix des pièces pour mener à bien cette restauration, le critère n’a pas été le prix mais la qualité.
Elle galope maintenant sur les routes de campagne à 80 km/h comme à sa sortie d’usine avec ses 65 ans de plus mais elle attire plus que dans sa jeunesse le regard et l’émerveillement des passants.
