This 544 I am offering is a rare version, with 6 volt and three gears.
The car was built in December 1959.

Maintenance for the last 5 years:

Rear brakes: new brake cylinders 
Front brakes: Fitted with disc brakes (3500 euro)
Brake master cylinder replaced and fitted with electronic ignition, new spark plugs, cables, bobbin and super battery.
Starter, wiper motor, and heater ventilation motor overhauled.
Carpeting replaced, coconut as well as rubber mats, the floor is rust free.
The front and back window seals have been replaced, as has the aluminium frames.
Sill cover frames have been replaced, as well as the decorative window frames and 'poezen'.

The lights are in order, spare lights included.

The tyres are in good condition, see the photos

The fenders were taken off 3 years ago to reinstall the seal between them and the bodywork, the bolts were then reinstalled with grease, so no problem in case of possible repainting.

The tank is rust free and has been cleaned.

Engine runs perfectly, has always been maintained well - oil filter/valves adjusted, etc.

The exhaust is in good condition and will be good for a long time. 

The carburettor gaskets have been overhauled, and it has no play on the throttle shaft.

Bodywork is completely or almost completely rust free, tubular beams have always been internally impregnated as well, and I am not aware of any major work to the body, no welding.

The steering is APK inspected when this was still necessary. The car has always been appoved all those years!

The bumpers are after market and look good, steel and chrome.

The interior is original and looks fine for its 63 years, but can also be made more beautiful; I have always chosen for the originality of this car, hence still 6 Volts.

The paintwork is approx. 30 years old and in good condition; the same goes for this: more beautiful is always an option.
The only flaw being that the kilometre indication does not work sometimes.

This car can be used for several years without any real expenses, and any costs will not be caused by technical issues, but by what the owner intends to do with it.
