Mechanically excellent, everything works, even air conditioning, no visible liquid leaks, slight underbody oxidation. This car has travelled about 3500 miles per year. With inspection history.
With tool kit.
Really neat interior, no damage to the mats, nor on the leather of the front and rear seats, perfect wood except for some paint imperfections on the driver's side panel.
Cruise control and fully functional climate control.
As well as adjustment of electric seats, electric mirrors and 4 electric windows. 
No wear on the steering mechanism.
7 owners since new, sold by Jack Barcley primary RR Bentley dealer in the UK.
With folder holding a lot of historical vehicle documentation.
With English registration document.
Regarding whether or not the import tax is due, you will need to find out whether it is due or not. With CMR certifying export in 2019.
Overall very nice car, all in order and it can be enjoyed immediately.
Brooklands rims and 4 Whitewall tires in good condition are available as options.
Very neat bodywork. No typical corrosion on the wheel wells and rear overhang.
Paint with some age defects, see photos 
Some oxidation bubbles on the aluminium rear bonnet, it is called flowering, very slight.
Excellent front and rear lights.
Almost perfect bumpers.
